The Necessary Experienceâ„¢

Postpartum nursing care is doctor-recommended, in-home support complementing regular OBGYN visits. Many medical studies show that it ensures a better experience for you, your newborn, and your whole family.

New moms may feel sad or depressed after giving birth. We call this the postpartum period. It can happen because of different reasons, like having a family history of health problems or mental health conditions. Caring for your baby and looking after your mental and physical well-being is crucial.

Our nurses and doulas work with your OBGYN to improve your mental and physical well-being. We provide comprehensive medical, psychological, and emotional care, including monitoring for postpartum depression, baby blues, and postpartum psychosis.

Our nurses and doulas are available around the clock, working with you, your loved ones, and your friends to ensure you get top-notch care after childbirth. We know hormones like estrogen and progesterone matter, and we're here to support your health and happiness.

Maternal Death Rates in the United States by Race (2021)

The latest CDC data for 2021 reveals a significant increase in maternal death rates. Black women had over double the rate compared to White women. Black women are more than twice as likely as White women to die from these complications. This difference shows bigger healthcare issues, made worse by the COVID-19 pandemic.

These numbers show we need fair healthcare policies to give equal care to all moms, no matter their race.

Maternal death rate for Black women: 69.9 deaths per 100,000 livebirths

Maternal death rate for White women: 26.6 deaths per 100,000 livebirths

In 2021, the number of moms dying after childbirth went up a lot in the US, according to CDC data. Experts are worried this is getting worse.
