Standard safety protocols
Our staff and nurses take every necessary precaution to prevent infection before, during and after an appointment.
Our standard safety measures include (but are not limited to):
Sanitize all transportation surfaces
Sanitize equipment and transport in sealed, sterile packaging
Sanitize hands
Sanitize examination table
Cover examination table with sterile, single-use sheets from a sealed package
Sanitize patient treatment areas
Administer treatment with single-use supplies
Dispose of supplies and sheets after treatment following medical waste guidelines
Enhanced COVID-19 & FLU season protocols
Our staff and nurses follow CDC COVID-19 and FLU season guidelines, in addition to our standard safety protocols.
Our COVID-19 & FLU season measures include (but are not limited to):
Monitor staff and nurses for symptoms, test frequently, maintain contact tracing data, and quarantine when necessary
Administer client temperature checks and ask exposure questions prior to appointments
Use PPE and masks during treatment
Dispose of PPE and masks after treatment following medical waste guidelines

Privacy & data security
Our staff and nurses are trained to protect your health information. We follow the guidelines established by HIPPA (health insurance portability and accountability act) as well as The Privacy Rule, a Federal US Law that governs patient rights regarding medical information.
These Federal government regulations include rules and limits on who can access patient information, and guidelines for digital transmission and storage of medical information.
